• Any cancellations made between 11 business days (18:00 local time) to 8 business days (18:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount.
• Any cancellations made between 8 business days (18:00 local time) to 2 business days (18:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
• Any cancellations made between 2 business days (18:00 local time) to 1 business days (18:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 40% of the total amount.
• Any cancellations made between 1 business days (18:00 local time) to 1 hours prior to the activity start time will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
• Any cancellations made after 1 hours prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

  - Suggested Transportation by Train:
  The TOKYO SKYTREE is right next to the Tokyo Skytree Station, on the Tobu Skytree Line.
  - Exchange your VELTRA voucher for tickets at the Ticket Counter located on the 4th floor of the SKYTREE near the main entrance.
  You may change your voucher exchanging date up to 7 days after your selected date. Please note that this change of date is valid only once.
  Once you have exchanged your voucher, you may not change your selected date and must enter immediately.
  - Ticket Counter
  Business Hours: 10:00 to 21:00
  Location: 4th floor west hall near the main entrance.
  Please note that the Ticket Counter is not the Fast Skytree Ticket Counter.

  - Sumida Aquarium is open daily from 09:00 to 21:00 (last entrance at 20:00)
  - Please exchange your VELTRA voucher for your tickets at the TOBU Tourist Information Center. After getting your tickets, go to the Sumida Aquarium ticket counter window number 7 for admission. The Sumida Aquarium ticket counter is located at the West Yard 5th and 6th floors.
  - Note: Children 3 to 5 years old and must purchase separate tickets (JPY 600) for the aquarium on the day.

Restrictions

• Infants ages 0-3 can enter SKYTREE for free. Infants ages 0-2 can enter the Sumida Aquarium for free. A child ages 3 to 5 must purchase a separate aquarium ticket for JPY 600 on the day of your tour.
• Please make sure the name on the voucher is the same as the name on your passport.
• This ticket is only for non-Japanese visitors, and cannot be used by Japanese nationals.

Additional Notes

• Please note that there is no tour guide. This is a self-guided tour.
• One complimentary soft drink can be enjoyed at the Sumida Aquarium cafe. (All soft drinks except cafe mocha.)
• You must enter the venue immediately after exchanging the tickets at TOKYO SKYTREE®.
• Refunds are not available in cases when the view is not clear or affected by weather.

Dressing & Items to Bring

• A VELTRA voucher (print or digitally on smartphone or tablet) must be presented, otherwise you must re-purchase the tickets at the ticket counter on site. Refunds in such cases will not be available.
• A valid government-issued photo ID
• Tickets cannot be exchanged in advance or on another person’s behalf.
• Please note that during the exchange of your VELTRA voucher for your entry ticket, the staff will ask for photo ID. If you are attending as a group, everyone must show their photo ID after everyone in your group has gathered.
